Dual Action Cable Stripper. Strips cable : 4mm to 28mm. Round cable (dia. 4.28mm) is placed in the “V” section; the stripper is rotated to cut circumference of cable sheath. Outer stripper is then pulled up cable to strip length of sheath. Sharpened hook and knife function are also incorporated to assist. Spare Swivel blade inisde handle included.
